SHOP INFORMATION:  

• Instant downloads: Ready-made files that are available once your payment is confirmed. If you paid with PayPal or a credit card on Etsy, it may take a few minutes for your download link to be sent to you. 
• Made-to-order downloads: Digital items that the seller will make to your specifications after you purchase them. The seller will send your files to you once they have completed them. 

IF YOU ORDER A DIGITAL DOWNLOAD DOCUMENT:

• We would usually complete it and download within 24 Hours usually less during our regular business hours, after all required information and photo if required, has been received. 
• Most Documents are small enough to send directly to your Email as an attachment using a JPG or PDF download. Note: nothing is sent by mail.
• If your Document is Too Big to send as an Attachment, We would make it into a Zip File and you would receive a link to download the zip folder.
• Once Your Order Has Been Completed, You Will Receive A Link Sent To Your Email Address That The Buyer Supplied From The Order Page.
• You Will Click The Link In Your Email, And Download The Zip Folder To Your Desktop. Next You Will Right Click On The Zip Folder Then Click The Extract Here Link Shown (UnZip The Folder).
• If The Link Is Not Clickable, You Will Need To Copy The Complete Link Then Paste It Into Your Browser Window.

IF YOU ORDER AN MP3 OR MP4 DIGITAL DOWNLOAD:

• Standard Name MP3'S: Will Usually Be Completed And Ready To Download In 24 Hours Or Less
• Custom Any Name Friendly Songs MP3'S: After Order Directions Have Been Completed, Can Take Up To 7 Businrss Day For The Singers To Record Your Child's Name Into The Music And Return The Files Back To Us.
• Most MP4'S: Are Usually Completed And Ready To Download In Under 48 Hours After Child's Photo & Information Has Been Received.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY MP3 OR MP4 DOWNLOAD AFTER IT HAS BEEN COMPLETED:

• Once Your Order Has Been Completed, You Will Receive A Link Sent To Your Email Address That The Buyer Supplied From The Order Page.
• You Will Click The Link In Your Email,And Download The Folder To Your Desktop Unless If It Is A Zip Folder,  You Will Right Click On The Zip Folder Then Click The Extract Here Link Shown (UnZip The Folder).
